The first most colourful PBU event was held at the Lalithakala Thoranam, Hyderabad in 2011.
The event marks the inter-generational exchange of cultural capital of the community with a display of talents in music, dance, martial arts, solo and group events. This is an all encompassing cultural festival of the community.
The paid and willing participation of women and children are its specialty.
